This app is trash!! You cannot even make a date to come wherever you need to go even if put your date you need to go a day in advance or days in advance you just can’t get a ride at all poor service , unreliable to me. They just don’t wanna work. It could be a very good service, but they’re not putting for the effort all the time to think about the customer and don’t wanna do anything. It could be something very good for where we are  they are just not like this. This is just horrible service. !!!

App forces you to rate a driver in order to book another trip.

Wonderful idea to make an accessible app to get ride share from point a to b. Sometimes I’m able to book a ride on the day of but most of the time I need to book ahead of time like a week ahead for me to get a ride. Sometimes they come on time and other times they don’t due to availability of drivers, traffic, and weather conditions. Is it reliable 100%? Not really. But for an outing to Walmart or to a mall it can be good if it’s not urgent.
