## What is The Magic Apps Interval Timer?

The Magic Apps Interval Timer is a clean, focused interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, boxing rounds, and any custom work/rest routine.

• Build intervals your way — work and rest steps, custom durations, and per-step sounds.
• Voice and tone cues that keep playing when the screen is locked or you switch apps.
• Live heart rate from your Apple Watch during every run (saved to your history with Plus).
• Runs on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

Free to use with two saved intervals. Interval Timer Plus (£1.99/year) unlocks unlimited intervals and run history. The subscription auto-renews yearly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Your data stays private to you — on your device and synced across your own devices through your private iCloud account. No accounts to create, no ads, no tracking.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-06-16

Apple Watch: your intervals now sync to the watch, and you can start a run — or a silent, haptics-only run — straight from your wrist. Completed watch runs save back to your history.

New to Interval Timer? A quick guided setup helps you build your first interval.

Also: simpler haptics, clearer reorder/edit hints, and reliability fixes for background audio and watch sync.

### 1.0 — 2026-06-13
