They have really bad service. Only way to contact them is through mail on which they only give excuses and vague responses. I placed an order on 16 March and it's 27 march today it's not even shipped yet and they are neither delivering it nor refunding my money. They are not trustworthy. Total waste of money and pure scam. I am demanding my money back and they are just giving excuses through mails. Total trash app. Don't buy anything from them if you don't want to waste your money.

Recently i downloaded the app and trying to purchase some products but whenever i am choosing add to cart option its not showing the items in cart tried many times and then gave up

Worst shopping experience. Payment was deducted successfully but no order was created in the app. Customer support is not responding and the issue is still unresolved. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before purchasing from this app again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Man Company. I placed an order weeks ago and never received it. There has been no proper update, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue.

Their customer service is pathetic. Every time I reached out, I received the same standard, copy-paste responses that clearly show they don’t even bother to read customer queries properly. It feels like they simply don’t care once they have your money.

Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Haven't received the order yet which was placed on 27th September and was supposed to get delivered today on 30th and there no update of the delivery provided and this experience is something which makes not buy anything in the future again. Extremely disappointing experience.

This app have no customer support bot and delivery service is very poor, I ordered a purfume and today is the 12th day but my order is not delivered. Its better to purchase the same product from myntra or flipkart, atleast they have customer support bot or they don’t delayed that longer.

The customer service number is good for nothing. They ask you to be on the call for 10 mins, call waiting position is above ten and the make you wait, when it reaches 2 the call gets dropped. They take there own sweet time to respond to emails also. Can someone throw some light on what exactly happened to my order? And yes. All the received was a text on WhatsApp. Just one text with order confirmation number.

I like the man company and it's products and I have ordered and used so many but I have recently experienced very bad service of the man company chat or call or email support. I reached them everywhere but they are not responsive. My issue is that my gift card balance of the man company got deducted but the order was even not placed then how could that be possible. Are you serious? So cheap.

I have made my order on 11 September 2023 and today is 16 September but still my order has not been delivered and on the website of company my order status is showing full filled 
Bad service i have emailed to company but no response 
App store should review my concern and take proper action against this app and should be delisted from app store

I placed an order 5 days to which I got a response after 24 hours that it has been cancelled and I will be refunded upon which I placed another order, but neither of them are cancelled or refunded or shipped. Sent three mails, contacted over WhatsApp/calls nothing but BOT responses. 

Probably got scammed and around 400rs got wasted, please refund me my money, that’s all. I thought this is a trustworthy site but better I would had ordered on Amazon/Flipkart.

I have had one of the worst experiences with the man company. I had placed an order a week back. After the confirmation there has been no communication with me. I have tried to refresh and open the app and track the order but it stops displaying anything. The customer care call is never picked up even after multiple attempts and waiting for more than five minutes.

Don’t BUY Anything From Them❌❌

SERIOUS WARNING : They are fraudulent. I ordered product worth 3500 before 20 days but they still didn’t shipped the product. On making calls to the customer care executives they gave assurance that they will ship the product in next 24 hrs but it’s been 5 days gone but they haven’t shipped anything yet. Please don’t buy anything from them. They won’t ship anything nore they will refund your money.

Please don’t buy from them. I repeat, don’t buy from them. I made an order from them and it’s been three weeks now, I haven’t received my order. Order has been on “Out for Delivery “ for a week now.

Recently purchased a hair oil in 2025 Jan and received a pack that has expiry in July with manufacturing date in 2022. Seems like stick clearance. Reported to the company and they sent another pack. Unfortunately the same expiry date.  There is no cross checking on the complaint.  A very bad experience.

First things first, you’ve got great products hands down. 
The only thing I’m facing is that when I want to check out of the cart and select any payment option and click on the “Complete Order” button, it’s getting stuck. Please fix this!!!
