I especially love the notifications — even when life gets busy, those little nudges help keep me connected to the mindset I want to cultivate. One of my favourite moments so far was a journal prompt popping up while I was on an evening walk with my partner. It sparked such a beautiful conversation between us, so even without opening the app and journalling in that moment, it still had a really meaningful impact. You need to change your auto lock setting on your phone when using the meditation otherwise it stops. They get me up and they help me go to sleep. There is so much out there around the topic of manifestation but Roxie makes it easy to not only stick to your goals but reach them.
