This is the easiest way for me to remember the basic stuff that should feel simple to do but hard to actually enact. For example, drinking enough water, going to bed on time, not eating too late. I love that I can make it my own, but I can also adopt lifestyles other people have made (then add a few custom ones on top).

As an early adopter of the Marit app in the sandbox, I couldn’t be more excited that it is finally out for the world to use. It’s so much easier and more intuitive than everything else I’ve used to date. Choose what you need and want that suits your goals and lifestyle, leave out what you don’t need. When you want to change it up, go back into all the options it provides and change your plan. Couldn’t be easier. I like keeping it simple and changing it up every few weeks to keep it fresh. Love it! Do yourself a favor and give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.
