We communicate well already and are exceptionally close but each day it asks you to specifically discuss some part of your relationship (guided discussion) with your spouse and these are some of the most precious words I've ever exchanged with him. 100% recommend even for the most seasoned of marriage. At the beginning was just to take my mind off our brokenness. Then i told my self I was going to do what I could not force anything. I would specially open the app when I was sad/upset. These are just little things but that is what makes a great marriage!
