I wanted to order directly on app as I have loyalty. I always get the Parmesan garlic fries and love the Patty Melts with some fresh jalepeño peppers. Open till 2 in San Diego, unbelievable. ### 2/5 — Bad Changes via Redesign *2024-04-10* When they redesigned the app, they removed the ability to pay with Apple Pay, and on top of that the app saves your credit card to your account each time you place an order. You have to manually remove your credit card after each order you place. Previously, the app *asked* you if you wanted to do this, which I always declined because I do not trust third parties to save my sensitive information. They have a new rewards system which is slightly better, but it does not make up for the fact that they’ve removed these privacy and security features. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and for reaching out to us. Also if you’re gonna force me to make an account then let me Sign in with Apple to hide my email (I know you won’t be able to sell my data if I could do that) or have it autocomplete the different fields instead of typing it in in 2025!!!!! We’ve moved on as a species. Foods good though ### 1/5 — cannot order delivery with nearly an hour left until closing *2025-08-12* the app uses doordash for delivery. despite being able to order on doordash until 3am, i cannot order delivery in the app if it is after 2am. i just tried to place an order at 2:10am after getting off work, and it is giving me an error because it says it cannot be ready before close. obviously the burger will be ready, even if it isn't delivered. and there’s nothing in the app indicating that i need to order by a certain time. i have submitted at least two complaints within the app regarding this, so maybe a low rating will get this fixed. this is literally such an easy coding fix. now another place is going to get my money today. ### 1/5 — Rewards issues *2025-04-12, version 42.0.2* I always have issues applying rewards. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Accept Apple Card *2024-08-24* Have to manually upload receipts every time. There was hardly any cheese (plus the cheese that was in there was watery) and the toasted breadcrumbs turned into mush within 3 minutes of eating the Melty Mac. ### 1/5 — The point of an app is to make it easier *2024-05-14* This app utterly fails. I can’t make an order and pay for it using the credit card I’m literally holding because that card has been used before somehow. But not in a way that links it to either email account I use. Literally no way to place an order and pay for it. For some reason, it took a ton of attempts to get the app to accept one of my cards, and the UI does not do a good job of telling you what’s happening so I couldn’t diagnose it either. It wouldn’t accept my cvv or it was storing an old zip code but didn’t let me update it. I ultimately had to remove all saved cards, re add one of my cards, and even then the cart’s local storage had still stored the cvv input for a different card and I had to reenter that again. But in the end, I got it to work and enjoyed a good meal.
