Last promo it was only available on my app not his. Currently they must be trying to fix the app as neither of us are even able to log in to it now and it comes up with reels of data when trying to sign in which then returns an error page. Disappointing ### 1/5 — Doesn’t load! *2024-09-25* Opening the app, instead of just using Face ID , it prompts for password, which means it’s never going to open properly. Every so often it’s fixed & works properly, but most of the time it’s a waste of space. Tried using website, it doesn’t work either. I have been trying to contact support for weeks and have received no reply whatsoever. It is not important whether you say yes or no. If you say no, the app will show the same annoying alert view next time when you open it. If you say yes, you will see a tiny space at the bottom to enter your password but it doesn’t work. Poor development and testers. ### 3/5 — An app for the trash can *2023-11-07* Having downloaded the app…. and with multiple attempts in trying to create a username and password….. the app keeps on crashing and making it extremely frustrating and disappointing in using its services and features.
