I am obsessed with this app. Sam has created weight lifting programs that are super fun while still being challenging. The programs are flexible and adaptable, helping me feel confident walking into a weight room with a plan in my hand or utilizing my small home gym when I need to. 
There is so many great features like scheduling and moving workouts, pausing and restarting programs, and creating your own workouts from a library of moves organized based on muscle groups. 
And the best part - the sassy reminder notifications to make sure you get your workout done 🤣
Highly recommend this app!!!
