Good game but every once in a while I’m unable to close the ads so I have to restart the app

So I was a couple of minutes in the game, seems normal until I kept on spamming the 3 button to see if I would fail, just like me controlling a person and bringing he/she to me, and I ended up becoming under the person, if you have the time to, please fix this.

I got the 4th controller then an ad came up, the ad said “wait 4 seconds” and it didn’t change . It stayed at 4 seconds so I restarted the game. Now I need to get the controller all over again!
IT TAKES SO LONG.    You need to fix this.
