This app gives me a dedicated moment each day to reflect and think ahead about what actually matters, without turning it into another task. I’ve always liked the idea of journaling, but realistically I’m not going to sit down for an hour every day. This makes it doable. It’s quick, unobtrusive, and surprisingly effective — and I’ve found myself coming back to it consistently.

This is a great way to take a moment and remind yourself what's really important. There's almost no time commitment, and it can completely change the way that you look at your day. 

Simple, quick and life changing. Best $2 I’ve ever spent.
