If you can’t afford giving products in such offers or so called coupon codes (either on Gpay or on app) just don’t… ### 1/5 — Bad App Experience *2022-10-15* The App experience is pretty poor, especially when redeeming points. And when you call customer care, the phone disconnects automatically with a message that all care executives are busy. Then when you try to use the chat help, the chat person keeps asking phone number and screen shots without actually being able to help. The products are good and i have redeemed a few through google pay. That experience was good. But ever since i downloaded this app, the experience has gone from great to terrible in 10 minutes. Plz avoid downloading this app. Stick to your google pay offers for products from this brand. You will be happier ### 1/5 — Product not delivered *2022-10-04* It was so disappointing to shop with moms co. because my product was not delivered and yet the order status was showing completed. When i contacted the customer service agent he was so brutal that he told me he cant help in anyways now. It was a prepaid order. I have to contact their courier partner which they should be doing it but the agent straight away did nothing. It’s not acceptable and u guys offer me worth 400 coupons for what reason again to order and pay for delivery fees and shipping charge??very disappointing ### 2/5 — Feedback on Delivery and Customer Service Experience *2024-09-27* I had a very frustrating experience with The Moms Co. app and their delivery service. After waiting for days for my parcel, the courier falsely claimed that I refused to accept the package, even though I never received it. The delivery person did not attempt delivery and repeatedly provided misleading information. I contacted the courier person again , asking why I received this message stating that the customer refused to accept the parcel so he said, it’s just an auto-generated message and I am coming to your place in sometime. He didn’t come and later that night, I received another message that an attempt was made, and customer denied to accept the parcel so it’s canceled and we will refund the amount. When I contacted customer support, I quickly realized that you cannot speak to any senior or concerned person if you face an issue. There is no customer care number available, and you can only write an email or drop a message. You’re stuck dealing with trainees who give copy-paste replies without any real effort to resolve the problem. They even proudly mention that they’ve initiated a refund as if that’s a satisfactory solution, without addressing the core issue.
