On too many occasions the system won’t open. All I get is a blank screen so i can’t use the remote option for locking or unlocking the system. I’m paying more for this TMC system so at the very least it ought to work. ### 1/5 — It keeps crashing *2023-02-18, version 6.4.4* The app doesn’t work… ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2023-01-21, version 6.4.4* This latest version crashes; it doesn’t even open. What’s the point of me paying for your service if I can’t use the app? ### 1/5 — In need of a major overhaul *2022-12-18, version 6.4.4* Disappointing. It’s clear that little time is being spent on this app to keep it functional. Terribly unstable and frustrating to see functionality that doesn’t work or is not turned on. This is bad for TMC reputation. With this current version I’m not able to arm or disarm using the mobile app. I have the older version on another mobile and that works fine. I was getting alerts when the alarm was was put on or off and by what user, I don’t get that anymore. Great feature to have and now it’s no longer. The app says you can add your AC unit and security cams. Where??? I don’t see anything on the APP to add these features. It says interactive, interactive how?? I liked the alert feature and now it’s gone. I was able to tell when or who walked in. ### 3/5 — Even the keyboard doesn’t work properly *2019-11-30, version 6.3.9* I feel this app is very amateurish. Even when you try to type in your password it blocks the view.
