Recently it keeps crashing “subscription error, no products found”. Also on the description it says it’s sharable in family but it is not. It messed up family members’ paid subscription too. ### 2/5 — Rising sign is wrong now *2026-03-21, version 3.1.1* At one time it was correct, Libra rising, changed itself to Virgo rising. ### 4/5 — No Zoom on Calendar? *2026-02-15, version 3.1.1* I do love your app. It's is so very helpful for laying out my monthly ritual calendar. I appreciate being able to understand all of the planetary positioning when I write in my monthly new moon journal, and the astrological takes are often poignant in my life. So why four stars only? It's because of the inaccessibility of the lunar calendar. I get that sometimes available space influences the graphics final rendering and creates difficult decisions to use smaller font fixes -- I'm a web and graphic designer as well -- but to not include the standard "pinch to zoom" feature so widely used in touch screen devices is purely frustrating. In my current workflow, I typically snap a shot of the calendar and zoom in there to see the dates. Wearing my glasses does not help. This is less than ideal for a number of reasons. I have been subscribing for a few years now, and have kept hoping you would institute this most basic of features. My design aesthetic is accessibility first. I would very much appreciate it if there was a way for the Moon Calendar to institute a similar protocol. Thank you so much for listening. I really do enjoy your app. I appreciate all the work you've done to make it what it is so far. ### 3/5 — Canceled Subscription *2026-01-18, version 3.1.0* Downloaded the app and it has sun, moon and ascending info. So I paid the yearly subscription of about $5. When entering in information to get info on my sun, moon and ascending, it said I didn’t have subscription and to pay another $5. However, I know I have the subscription because Apple subscriptions are showing I paid and basic app features with getting subscription is present. CANCELED SUBSCRIPTION. ### 2/5 — better before *2026-01-13, version 3.1.0* I loved this app last year when it would give a synopsis on your moon and sun as well as rituals which included recipes for different things and how different planets affect areas of your body. First, it needs to make it clearer which phase the moon is in. I feel I have to hunt to find it. Second, I clicked the free 7 day trial and two seconds later they charged me the subscription fee. I’ve reached out to the developer several times and they have politely provided fixes. However, the fixes aren’t permanent and they include me deleting the app, logging out of my phone, turning it off, logging back on and reinstalling the app and setting everything up again. Only to have it do the same thing a few days later. I’m not doing this every time the app messes up. It’s clearly not being fixed. If I’m expected to do this every time the app messes up (which I can pretty much count on at this point), no thank you! Not surprised how popular it has become but now there are almost too many apps that it can be overwhelming to choose from. The Moon Calendar is one of the BEST though! I’ve been on this app for years and it is extremely on point around the energies. I love how it gives you so many options to cater to your own curiosity and timeline, I.e. it’s sun sign or ascendent horoscopes, in settings. I also love the organization and journal areas for rituals and vibe checks. But I think my favorite aspect is the feeling of uniqueness and intimacy it gives. It reminds me where I’m at, which side of the coins I can focus on and doesn’t have any comparison of anyone else like friends and family. With the new year, the moon calendar was a little off and I wasn’t getting all the information for the day. In the help section it has an option to reset the calendar and now everything I was missing is there.
