I’m in a great groove using this app-it’s helping me stay consistent with my goals-by not breaking my streak it counts &  seeing a leader board.

I love that this can be used as part of the book Every.Damn.Day by Jarvis Leverson which I’m currently listening to. 

HERO is the acronym for creating a 5 star day that we can feel good about vs I used to beat myself up for not getting 10 things done.

Now I focus on the most important 5.

H: heart rate up
E: eat healthy 
R: read some inspo 
O: one big thing action item
S: spread joy

I was a member of the live Morning Hero program and the tool, now on my phone, of setting my intentions changed my life. I’m now working my dream job largely because of this system and the positive consequences of the daily intention to “Spread Joy.”

In using the app for a week I’m back on track in areas I’ve just felt badly I’d lost the thread on. Couldn’t be more thrilled that The Morning Hero, which gives back far more than the time it takes, is part of my daily routine again.
