### 5/5 — Great app, HIGHLY recommend

*2026-06-11*

I swim every week and enjoy swimming. This app is a great tool and I do not regret incorporating it into my weekly swimming session. This app allowed me to figure out the workout that suits me best. Even though Im not a professional swimmer, I still love this app and enjoy using it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-07-29

Poolside timer fixes

Multi-round sets now run round by round, with the easy swim between rounds where it belongs — not stacked at the end.

Sprint and recovery sets get the full rest they prescribe, so you're not sent off the wall early.

Broken sets now leave on an interval that accounts for the rest at each wall.

Lock your phone or take a call mid-workout and the timer pauses cleanly, then picks up where you left off instead of racing to catch up.

Plus: the round you're on is shown while you swim, and your distance total no longer jumps ahead when you skip a set.

### 1.3 — 2026-06-15

This update makes your workouts more personal and your Poolside timer more precise.

• Stroke focus — build a set around backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly, with every rep paced to that stroke's speed, not your freestyle.

• Smarter Poolside timer — warm-ups now run on real send-offs, rest intervals count down with you, and editing a pace instantly updates the on-deck countdown.

• Fixed rep counts when editing a set that repeats in rounds, plus reliability improvements throughout.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-12

This update fixes an issue where the Premium upgrade screen could get stuck loading, so subscribing to Morning Lap Premium now works reliably. Thanks for swimming with us.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-11

You're on the **1.0** page — don't touch this one (1.0 stays live with build 13). You need to create a **separate 1.1 version**. Two things in parallel:

**1. Wait for build 15 to process.** Click the **TestFlight** tab up top — build 15 will show "Processing" for ~10–30 min (you'll get an email when done). It can't be attached to a version until it finishes.

**2. Create version 1.1.** In this Distribution view, click the **blue ⊕ next to "iOS App"** (top-left, above "1.0 Ready for Distribution") → **Add Version** (not "Add Platform") → enter **1.1** → Create.

Then on the new **1.1** page:
- **What's New in This Version** — write release notes (e.g. "Apple Watch live timer, spoken coaching cues, Founder Lifetime offer").
- **Build** section → **(+) Add Build** → select **build 15** (once it's done processing).
- **In-App Purchases on the version** → add **`morninglap_founder_lifetime`** — but first finish its metadata so it's "Ready to Submit" (Availability, $99 price, English localization, and the paywall screenshot you just captured).
- **App Privacy** — this build adds HealthKit + the watch app, so review/update the privacy nutrition label if ASC flags it.
- **Submit for Review.**

**Before you hit Submit, do TestFlight first** (strongly recommended): TestFlight tab → assign build 15 to your **External** group → **Submit for Beta App Review** (HealthKit requires it). That lets you **install build 15 yourself and confirm the Founder card actually renders** — but remember the card needs the Lifetime package back in the RevenueCat `default` offering, which you should only re-add once the IAP is approved. So the realistic smoke order is: ship 1.1 → IAP approved → re-add Lifetime package to `default` → card goes live.

What's the status of build 15 in the TestFlight tab — processing, or ready?

### 1.0 — 2026-06-09

No release notes.
