It’s beginning to seem that it is inoperable on the weekend almost once a month. There’s no notification (email or text) stating the app being down with how long it’s expected to be down. If these issues don’t get fixed, it would constitute switching banks. With the constant app issues and the lack of updating the debit cards to have tap, there seems to be a disconnect from advancing in the technology/banking world. ### 3/5 — Not working *2024-12-06* My app hasn’t worked in multiple weeks but works fine for my friends and family if they have android I have apple and I can’t log in ### 2/5 — I do not like *2023-05-15* Please change this app back to old version. Just recently it won’t let me login it keeps saying technical difficulties. And it’s been doing this for a week. And it’s making me mad that I can’t check out balance unless I go to the atm. However, upon opening the app it takes a long time to open. I do wish there was an option to stay logged on to my account. If I accidentally back out of the app I have to do the whole log in process and waiting for the app to load all over again! This little bit can be frustrating. Overall a wonderful app!
