Love TNT and their workouts! App is great! The team is awesome and helped me get in my best shape of my life. The meal plans are super easy and delicious. I’m diabetic and the program helped me drop weight and drop my A1C. lt really teaches excellent long term habits. One thing that could use improvement is that is app can be glitchy on the time and counting down the seconds or when you skip ahead and want to see the exercises being demo’d. Sometimes it doesn’t work. It bothers me a little, but considering all things this is small.

I joined this community in June. There are so many wonderful things to say about this app. I love how easy it is to move through workouts and meal plans. They are constantly adding new things and figuring out ways to make it better. Definitely give this a try. I am now a six month subscriber and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. I am committed to my lifestyle change in this app has been a huge player in that. Thank you so much for creating this! We love you, Joel, Stepha and Abbey!

Note: As it is a newer app, it should be noted that there are some technical issues on occasion (subscription taking a few hours to sync, workout video not starting immediately when you open it), but anything that has happened has been resolved very quickly either by simply logging out of the app and logging back in, restarting the video or the tech support. The AI bot in this app is top-notch. And the founders of this app are very responsive when you need human intervention.

Fabulous Fitness and wellness program! All food and nutrition is included and is so tasty! They have different options for meat eaters, pescatarian and vegan. A fantastic workout plan too. It has options for your goals if you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle and accounts for if you’re a male or female.

It’s more than just an app. You join a community with Facebook support in place.

If you ever have issues there is a team on hand and really helpful.

I am an old TNT user and I have to say that everything about the app helped! The old model we were printing out pdf pages to follow work outs and recipes. The app ensures ease of access. The workouts for me produced better results as I was able to see videos of how to do sets and stretches properly. The meal plans were also simple to follow and having the phone in the kitchen is much better than a stack of paper. Lastly, I LOVE the access to the chat and to the shop. The chat bot is accurate but the staff are also quick to respond and are super helpful. The shop is one click away and I am able to grab my supplements when I need them!
