When I contacted, I found out that despite the delivery time being between 2 and 7 there’s no costumer service after 7, so if your delivery is late your out of luck. Then in the morning when I finally received an email back it was to say of opps for some reason despite the confirmation and the email and the fact that they’d already charged my card for groceries that they supposedly already began collecting they said that I selected the wrong date and my groceries wouldn’t get there till next Monday. First I was told I could just reschedule my delivery, nope that’s not possible then after repeated emails they just decided to say that all my groceries will be fresh. Which isn’t even relevant or helpful in anyway. So now I’m waiting a week for $500 in groceries that I shouldn’t have been charged for until they selected them which they don’t appear to know anything about and can’t tell me anything and don’t understand how their website works or how to help costumers and if anything is wrong or damaged there’s nothing I can do about it because the charge will 7 days old because my groceries were selected and my card charged this Monday despite them supposed seeing a delivery date for next week. I’m flabbergasted by these especially when they advertised groceries delivery in two days it just doesn’t make sense. It’s unfortunate I would have liked to be able to use this as my regular grocery service as the selection is great but it’s not worth this headache.
