### 1/5 — Update backfire

*2026-05-30, version 19.0.2*

I can’t use this app anymore as it requires an iOS 17 update which my phone is too old to install and the last compatible version doesn’t load at all. I’m not spending hundreds for a newer phone just to update an app! 😡

### 1/5 — Allow Us to Connect Ticketmaster Accounts

*2026-05-14, version 19.0.2*

Please allow us to link ticketmaster accounts. My tickets are not showing up on this app as I bought them through ticketmaster. Bearing in mind the artist I’m seeing is coming to the o2. I’ve tried linking my AXS account but since my tickets aren’t on there it renders this app absolutely useless and I’m scared I will not be able to access my tickets.

### 1/5 — Ridiculous

*2026-05-11, version 19.0.2*

I just want quick access to tickets, but forced use of o2 app and axs linked app just v poor customer experience for something I do only occasionally.

### 1/5 — No offline mode

*2026-05-06, version 19.0.2*

The app is useless at the O2 London. Does not work without an internet connection… and there is no signal in the O2 venue! The app frequently closes if you lock your phone and getting onto the venue WiFi requires receiving a verification code… using phone signal.

It’s just not up to standard for one of the country’s premier venues.

### 1/5 — Trop compliqué

*2026-05-01*

### 1/5 — How can an app be so bad

*2026-04-21, version 19.0.0*

Pathetic worthless app

### 1/5 — Awful, constant need to sign up again!

*2026-04-20, version 19.0.0*

I downloaded the app 12 days ago, got signed up and logged in, could see my tickets.
A bit annoying but it worked.
Then today, go to log in to check and my log in isn’t recognised, had to recreate an account.
It’s ridiculous, if this is what the app is like, I will avoid The O2 like the plague going forward.

### 1/5 — Unacceptable excuse of an App

*2026-04-18, version 19.0.0*

Whoever was responsible for making such an appalling app needs to be sacked. And then euthanised.

The venue map within the app is laughably pathetic. Cannot zoom so it’s an image with no useful information at all.

Everything else I try to click on just opens a link on safari 🤷🏻‍♂️

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-04-18, version 19.0.0*

Tells me to log in when I try this it says I’m already logged in
Try to register again account recognised please log in
So log in and details are not recognised I give up

### 1/5 — Ruined my experience at the O2

*2026-04-18, version 19.0.0*

Received my tickets and double checked they were there before the show. Travelled to the venue and went to log in again. The app said it didn’t recognise my login details which I then reset 5 times!! Eventually I had to queue for paper tickets for 40 mins. Everyone in the queue had the same issue. I missed the support act I had came to see. Yet O2 and tickets master still get paid, the punter misses out. I will not be attending any of this big shows anymore. Boycotting is the only way the little guy can fight back.

### 1/5 — Terrible UX

*2026-04-17, version 18.133*

This app is shocking . SSO doesn’t work with Apple or Facebook. Password resets never arrive and when you try multiple times, it thinks you’re a bot and logs you out. Sack the developers and just accept the tickets through ticketmaster or whoever it was booked thru rather than this ludicrously complicated and pointless journey

### 1/5 — Shockingly rubbish

*2026-04-14, version 18.133*

It takes effort to miss this many basics, yet this app manages it with confidence. No autofill support, but plenty of friction, including being forced to create multiple accounts within the same app for no clear reason. Prompts to “check your email” send you on a pointless detour to messages that contain nothing of value, which sums up the overall experience rather well.

Core features are simply absent. There’s no support for adding tickets to Apple Wallet, something that should be routine by now. Instead, you’re left dealing with a clumsy, outdated interface that feels like it was abandoned halfway through development.

This wouldn’t have passed QA in any competent company even 20 years ago. By current standards it’s a mess. It feels rushed, poorly thought out, and barely tested.

My advise if you made this, maybe don’t put it on your CV.

### 1/5 — 10x worse than the worst app in history of bad apps

*2026-03-06, version 18.133*

Downloaded this app to access tickets for an event, could not even get into the app the start, then could not create or access my account, nor could I reset my password. Chatbot was completely unhelpful, spent hours on Reddit looking for answers. If you have a ticket to an event do not use this app, download AXS app instead, was able to access tickets straight away on there. If I could rate minus stars I would.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-02-28, version 18.133*

Just make it easy for people to access their tickets.

### 1/5 — I can’t get logged in

*2026-02-26, version 18.133*

I installed the app and registered using the email address I previously used to buy tickets. I got the email address validation message and followed the link to confirm my address. I had carefully saved my password but cannot now log in using the known correct email address and saved password getting “Oops Email or Password Incorrect” - if I try the “Forgotten Password” screen with the known correct email then it says “email sent” but no email arrived. I am potentially going to have to buy the tickets again for £135 using a different address and hope that it works.

### 1/5 — It’s bad, please update

*2026-02-25, version 18.133*

Same issue as everyone else.. cannot log in only to be forced round and round and to contact support. No help. I can here to see if I can get help. Please?

What a waste of time and effort to access tickets. This needs to change

### 1/5 — This is a joke

*2026-02-23, version 18.133*

The interplay between this app and AXS and the circular doom loop in relation to email and passwords making it impossible to access tickets bought expensively . Why make this process so ridiculously complicated ? And if it must be so complex at least ensure the software works .

### 1/5 — Just straight up does not work

*2026-02-20, version 18.133*

Thank god AXS exists and actually works or else I wouldn’t have had access to my tickets - baffling that if I go to Ticketmaster where I bought them, I can see they exists but each one says “this is not your ticket”. The O2 app simply doesn’t let me log in, despite the password being correct it comes up with an unrelated error. Unacceptable to make it this complicated to access tickets people have already paid for

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not working

*2026-08-17, version 19.0.2*

Cant even sign in getting error 502 please fix soon i have a concert soon

### 1/5 — Impossible to log in with AXS

*2026-07-31*

To access the tickets we need to log in with AXS, but it isn’t working. Every time I try to log in there is an error message. Reading reviews apparently this a recurring issue and it needs to be fixed.

### 1/5 — Trouble logging in

*2026-07-25*

A couple days ago I was suddenly logged out of my account. When I tried logging back in, it told me that “there is no account using this email” even though I had this account for months (also connected to my axs account with concert tickets on it). When I tried creating a new account, suddenly there already is an account using this email ???
After deleting and reinstalling this app a thousand times I finally managed to log into my account. But when I try to connect my axs account, it tells me “session expired”. I’ve tried everything to fix this problem and nothing helps. This is extremely frustrating since I have to fly to England for this concert.

### 1/5 — Problème connection axs

*2026-07-18*

Impossible de me connecter à mon compte Axs bien que cela soit demandé pour voir mon billet, cela affiche divers messages d’erreurs et parfois plus rien ne s’affiche du tout

### 1/5 — Why

*2026-07-08, version 19.0.2*

Why why why why give me my tickets why

### 1/5 — DOES NOT WORK

*2026-07-08, version 19.0.2*

ZERO STARS What an absolute joke of an app. With all the money O2 has, and it can’t even create a working login function, which also doesn’t send you a reset link ever, and therefore the app is completely unusable! Don’t waste your precious megabytes!!

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2026-07-02, version 19.0.2*

Can never log in to tickets via

### 1/5 — NIGHTMARE

*2026-06-30, version 19.0.2*

This app is completely useless. It doesn’t let me buy any tickets. Shows “ Sorry your session expired. Refresh “. I tried every single advice I found on internet. Nothing worked. If I could give it lower ratings, I would. How do I buy ticket I am interested in?

### 1/5 — Useless service

*2026-06-18, version 19.0.2*

Constantly blocked from accessing my tickets ordered through ticket master. I cannot be bothered to use this app again. Rubbish service.

### 1/5 — Awful user experience

*2026-06-05, version 19.0.2*

You are forced to use this terrible app if you want to go to a gig at the O2 regardless of where or how you purchased tickets. The app is supposed to interface with various other ticketing apps, but the process just doesn’t work. Even worse, the customer service support is non-existent. Maybe they would hire some actual human beings if they actually cared about their customers but they won’t because they don’t.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Five stars just for you to see it

*2026-03-04, version 18.133*

This app is genuinely the worst thing to have ever been invented to mankind,i have tried and tried and tried again and again to simply LOG IN and it told me to contact assistance when i dont need any,

### 5/5 — Great App for Concerts

*2024-05-16, version 17.4.1*

Excellent interface! Also, really nice colors and easy on the eyes.

### 5/5 — Good location

*2023-10-09*

We‘ll visit London every year - also an event at the O2.
We‘ve seen Steely Dan, Steve Winwood …
The people are nice an friendly.
The location got everything the visitors need.
💚🇬🇧

### 5/5 — Worked straight away

*2022-12-11*

Having read the reviews I was a bit terrified but went ahead and downloaded the app anyway, having read the reviews on AXS app were just as bad. It lead me to create an AXS account, which I did following the instructions. Was a bit confused after that but went back into the venue app, logged in, clicked tickets in bottom corner and voila - found my Peter Kay tickets. Very relieved.

### 4/5 — Very very poor…

*2023-11-28*

I haven’t given this any ‘stars’ at all.

I have spent hard earn’t money on a show at the O2, and I cannot get any proof that the tickets are there for me!
I have booked a hotel room at the O2, but not seeing the tickets is worrying me, and I think it might be best to cancel the whole weekend. Waiting for near ‘THREE DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT’ to see the tickets is no god for me! Hotels are expensive in London, as you all know!
The fuss that will ensue in those last three days if the tickets do not show up… You can imagine!
Senior management need to realise that people plan ahead, and like to get things in order way before the event!

Perhaps this app is the reason why so many seats are empty at show time? - as was the case when I went to see The Who.

I have now spent over 8 man hours trying to access my tickets - password reset requests, which are returned with my email address not recognised, nothing on the TicketMaster site where I purchased them from.

Perhaps this is a fraudulent app? Is the TicketMaster website to be trusted?

I will give it another try at the weekend, but I am now tipping towards loosing my money with the O2/TicketMaster and cancelling the hotel.
A shame, as this was to be a 60th birthday surprise for my fiancé.

As others have commented, why can’t we get paper tickets, like we always used to get? Expecting everyone to have iPads, iPhones and have copious amounts of patience is fast becoming the pain of the modern world.

Please avoid this app if you can, but by now you have probably bought tickets to the O2 already, so I wish you good luck, and enjoy the show!

Enough now - Safe to say that I won’t be booking any future shows at the O2 - too much stress…

As I thought! The experience of a poorly engineered website is revealed again, when I try to submit this review with 0 stars selected, this review does not transfer. Please, please, please would you get some experienced programmers to develope your software.
You never know, you might make more money as an organisation.
So, I submit with 1 star…

### 3/5 — Fix the crashes

*2025-03-29*

I was getting annoyed with the app crashing when entering my phone passcode in , I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my tickets but if anyone else is experiencing this, to fix it you must press cancel when entering the passcode and then disable face id underneath password, after this I got through. There is also an issue with passwords, to sign in you need to create an account on axs AND o2, use your axs password to get in . I’m not sure why the consumers are the ones that have to figure this out. The app developers need to sort it out because it’s just causing pressure on ticket offices on the day of events

### 3/5 — Ok App

*2023-04-05, version 15.5*

App would be so much better if it’s showed past orders (past tickets).

### 3/5 — Problem solved

*2023-03-03*

First I had the same problem as some other people writing that they don’t get access to their tickets.
I downloaded the app, created an account with the email address I used for my ticket purchase and the app updated. But then when I wanted to see “my tickets” the app asked me to log in but didn’t accept my login data.
The solution is to sign up again with the same email address. I finally have my ticket.

The app in itself is great. But the tickets could be found more easily.

### 2/5 — Updated multiple times a week

*2026-04-25, version 19.0.1*

The app itself is good. However, they release new updates every few days and the app won’t run if you don’t download them. I have automatic updates turned off to preserve phone storage which means I have to check the app before every event for any updates or I won’t be able to access my tickets. For those who know, data and WiFi can be a hit and miss at the venues so it’s just all unnecessary stress having to remember to do it at home. There’s literally no need for such excessive updates so often.

### 2/5 — Unnecessarily difficult

*2025-09-26*

Tried to access my tickets day of an event only for the app to crash repeatedly whenever I clicked view tickets. Came to these reviews to see if anyone else was having the same issue - thankfully someone else had posted with the fix to solve it.

You need to log in with your AXS password (even thought my tickets were bought through Your Seat Unique) and then disable Face ID when trying to access tickets in app.

Highly recommend working this all out no later than a few hours in advance of your show otherwise you’ll be in for a stressful experience!
