I only use the creep now as the Oakland Press is unusable. I can read articles in the browsers, but not in the APP . **Developer response:** I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your subscription through our mobile app. For Help, please go to the settings menu in the app, found under the gear icon and scroll down to the Support section. You will find several links that may be helpful, and you can email our support team directly using the Get Login Help option. ### 1/5 — Can’t get daily paper *2026-01-07* I am stuck on how to get my e.paper. Every time I bring it up,it’s stuck on the Dec. 23 edition. I have been using Firefox for a couple of years now and have never run into this problem. Not the most computer literate guy and have no idea how to remedy this situation. Finally gonna contact the paper. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2025-06-09* I pay for a subscription to the Oakland Press but the app is terrible. You can only view stories in the “top news” section. Want to click on a specific topic like crime and public safety? It will give you 3 articles with 3 advertisements and that’s it. Sometimes the 3 articles won’t even open. I’ve updated this app several times with no improvement. Hire better tech people to get your app where it needs to be.
