This is the best mood tracker I've ever used (and I feel like I've tried them all). I think this is the only one where I feel like it's JUST for mood exploration; no "toxic positivity", no semblance of judgement, no pressure to "feel better" or sugarcoat things. Just self reflection, full stop. Thank you for this.
