I am an 80 year old non technical male, but had no problem following the instructions for setup, calibration, Bluetooth connection, charging and use of my new Sony CRE-E10 hearing aids. I am very much enjoying being able to control various features from my iPhone. And also enjoying my improved hearing, at a very economical cost. I still struggle to get them installed. Yesterday, the left one stopped working. I had a voice call scheduled with an advisor and he walked me through the cleaning process to remove ear wax from the device. I am looking forward to my scheduled meeting at the facility to get questions answered after experiencing their use for a period of time.
