Thanks for screwing it up Liverpool. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2026-07-25* over the years i would only buy all red/lfc tv for pre season games. same this year i downloaded all red again. it made me install this and lets just say theres been nothing but problems. i logged on today at 10:20pm to atart watching the buildup of todays game only to be told i dont have an all red subscription and everytime i tried to go onto my account it won’t load, and then everytime i try and press “find out more” in regards to the all red video i get this message “THE OFFICIAL LFC STORE IS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE” “the offical lfc onlone store is undergoing scheduled maintenance and improvements and is briefly unavailable. its a disgrace and i expect much better ### 1/5 — Buggy, unresponsive, problems with subscription *2026-07-25* As it is, it’s a frustrating, unusable and buggy app. The styling is good, it could be sleek, but the sliders flash, content and£ options remain static or unresponsive and a subscription taken out is not recognised within an app, the system listing upgrade to the package I already have as an option and rendering the app pretty much useless. At least one other LFC app, the LFC Video is now defunct, so I’m not even sure what’s happening with video subscriptions if I can’t use mine on my recent M3 iPad Air. The website also has problems on Safari, with an M4 MacBook Air. The developers will need to follow Slot. ### 1/5 — Years on And Still Poor *2026-07-22, version 6.30.24* IPadOS user, everything up to date. None of the news stories load, you can click and click but nothing. Select the video tab and it rapidly flickers back and forth between all of them. Click the app support button and it can’t connect. It won’t let you click on video links, and the banner for video highlights just keeps flitting back and forth 5x a second. Surprised that it’s out there in this state, a bit of a shocker Edit: if you do manage to get a game up, if you pause it in full screen and it minimizes, it starts you at the beginning of the game again. Cmon guys, this is basic stuff ### 1/5 — Still a disgrace *2026-08-27, version 6.30.28* The app is still largely unusable on an iPad Air (M3). The sliders keep flashing, the navigation is unresponsive, so the app is close to useless as the pages won’t open. How can a Premier League club embarrass themselves with this junk?! I’m currently paying a monthly subscription for content that I cannot access. I’ll need to reconsider my support for LFC, I don’t see the point in engaging when the club neglects and disrespects its own supporters like this. ### 1/5 — Horrible app for blind and visually impaired users *2026-08-27* I have a visual impairment, use VoiceOver on my iPhone and find this app is horrible to use, clearly there has been no testing with VoiceOver screen reader, which is a widely recognised and used screen reader built-in into the iOS. It is extremely disappointing that LfC choose to release this software in their name, I'm a season ticket holder of 40 years, and now I have to deal with this half hearted attempt of connecting with me, it is extremely disappointing that no effort has been put into ensuring it works for all users, customers, fans. This is not inclusive. ### 1/5 — Video playback is terrible *2026-08-24* The app automatically goes in to panoramic, then won‘t change to full screen when you try to watch landscape. Then randomly it will. When you pause it or the screen saver comes on, it starts from the beginning of the match again. ### 1/5 — Shocking - doesn’t work *2026-08-18, version 6.30.27* Never used such a poor app. News articles only work if you press the notification. Even then sometimes they don’t work. If you try and press on any news article on the app it doesn’t do anything. What a pathetic waste of time of an app, unfortunately the only solution is to use the website, by which point you’ve wasted any time that you save using the app to begin with. Poor ### 1/5 — Abysmal *2026-08-16, version 6.30.27* I don’t believe there’s a worse official App Store app from a professional sports team out there. None of the links work, you just click on them and nothing happens. On the media page, the image carousel just spins. Awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t get live commentary any more, can watch interviews or videos. It doesn’t eve update on the scores for matches. I guess it’s another way to get money out of the fans so I have to pay for a subscription. Now they’re owned by Amazon and a guy who couldn’t run QPR. LFC forgot where it was from and who it represented.
