My problem is that I was promised a discount for downloading the app and making my first order. I’ve also given my email and phone number on the promise of a discount, nothing has come through, this was on the website. The oodies are nice, my daughter got one, I want one, but keep getting distracted by the promise of a discount!! ### 2/5 — No discount *2025-03-30* The website download the app for 15% off I downloaded the app put the item in my basket - no discount - I went back and tried again no discount - this is such a superior brand such a shame it didn’t give me the discount. ### 3/5 — Bouncing screen when browsing *2025-02-02* Not sure if it was just a glitch but the browsing screen was bouncing ### 1/5 — Beginning to think this is a scam retailer *2024-12-24* I’ve heard great things about the product so bought one on 11Dec - I thought that would be able time for Christmas delivery with a 48-hour service……how wrong could I be! Initially - sorry, there’s a 72-hour delay to dispatch but here’s your tracking number. It’s still not with Royal Mail - it’s 23Dec…… The site says the order is ‘fulfilled’…. All the spam emails I’m getting - yet none of the links work…..for customer service/chat-with-us…… 10 business days and we’ll try to respond to your query! Hardly the most customer focused - maybe the quality is what brings customers back? I’ll let you know if mine ever turns up……. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2024-12-20* Installed the app from the website, which promised 15% off first app order… guess what, no 15% off to be found. Instead they added tax and the price is higher than the website advertised! ### 5/5 — First order *2024-06-24* My first order was delivered swiftly and the product is worth every penny ### 5/5 — Oooo the comfort is on another level *2024-04-29* First I bought the Oodie fleece big hooded blanket for my dil for one Xmas after her raving about it for 6 months I bought one each for hubby and myself they are so warm and comfortable then I bought the short sleeved T nighties and WOW best nighties I have ever owned for comfort then next was the long sleeved hooded nighties for winter wear I can honestly say I have never owned such comfortable nightwear ever I am not disappointed at all , you have to buy to try the wonderful bamboo fabric the nighties are made of they kept me cool in summer but warm in winter would highly recommend ### 5/5 — Snoodie *2024-02-12* What an amazing product we live in ours all our family have one and we also have the travel ones as there so good wood definitely recommend as I suffer with ranards witch is bad blood circulation in my hands so always cold wearing these make a massive diffrrnce ### 5/5 — The real Oodie *2024-01-18* I bought a gengar hoodie for my son and it’s perfect in every way, even though he’s 6ft tall, it still has length to it. 5 stars Accidentally bought myself a fake Oodie but the Oodie team were fantastic with my enquiry and there is a fake webpage.
