They make it equally as difficult to cancel their 1st Phorm product subscriptions. ### 1/5 — Not what your sold *2026-07-23* This is clunky, disjointed and tries to be something it’s not. When you eventually find out how to cancel your subscription you are bombarded with why you will fail at life if you cancel. Then there is a final Andy video to attempt you to turn back…. If you simply had the bugs fixed the freezing sorted I’d be happy to pay $75 aud…. Overall a rip off ### 1/5 — 30% more expensive *2026-06-19, version 1.25.0* For some reason it’s 30% more expensive in the UK compared to the US price. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-12-12, version 1.0.24* I’ve ordered online and there is no way to log in once purchased. I’ve set up an account and no way to link with the purchase made. Emailed Tech support several days ago with zero response. Seems non existent. I know it’ll get figured out but seems a little slow!!! At least have an automated message responding that a ticket has been made for the issue and someone will respond soon. But 3-4 days with zero response is a cliff hanger for a company. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work/No help *2025-12-09* I paid for the service on their site. When I downloaded the app it said I had to pay again. So I signed out and tried again and now it won’t let me sign in or create a password. I’ve emailed the company through multiple avenues and have received no responses or help. ### 2/5 — Meh (so far) *2025-12-18, version 1.1.0* Content is much like 75 Hard and the video setup is tough to watch. I’d love an audio version and the ability to speed up. Seems like $50/mo for the same stuff we get for $0 so far. I hope it improves and I’m wrong soon. ### 3/5 — It’s alright *2026-06-04* If you get past the personality that is behind it and evaluate the application for what it is, at its cost point, it’s ok. It’s basically 50 dollars a month for some chat rooms, task management (I use the word “management” lightly) and an AI (based off of googles models) However when compared against what else is on the market, I don’t see the 50 dollars value. Maybe if this was brought to market 4 years ago? But today - not so much. You can get better AI features, better task management, and a better UI elsewhere. Some caveats: - the podcast is good - I like the branding The thing that made me leave: - Over promising on the “tech” (please stop saying you came up with new “tech” when it runs on googles infrastructure) - the features or “amazing things that are coming” are always “almost done”. However at 50 dollars a month, you should be getting a failure advanced application right out of the box. If you want beta testers, then I don’t think 50 dollars is a fair cost. I just got tired of the “we have the best thing in the world, but just wait a bit longer”. Unless you’re building from scratch which by all accounts isn’t the case, development with that amount of funding (including a beta testers group) should be much over streamlined. However, over the last 6-7 months, the only major changes to the end user was a slightly adjusted chat bot, social chat rooms, and of course a good podcast. This could always change. But currently, that’s the product. ### 3/5 — Bug *2025-12-17, version 1.0.24* Needs some bug squashing. Playing video the sound is twice. Specifically in Ep 1. Upon opening the app it was great. I really like functionality of AI questionnaire, very easy to use. It’s not just another habit tracker or motivational app. It gives you structure, accountability, daily critical tasks, challenges, XP, progress reports, and an AI coach that pushes you to stop making excuses and actually execute. What I love most is that it meets you where you are, but it does not let you stay there. It helps you get clear on your goals, take action daily, and build momentum in every area of your life. The crew/community side has been one of the biggest highlights for me. Being surrounded by people who are committed to growth, discipline, leadership, and becoming better is powerful.
