アプリ開いてもオーラルマークだけでて(ロード中？)何も進まない、ブログもお知らせも見れないので意味がないです。Wi-Fiあってもなくても同じです。

FCにも入りコンテンツも充実してて大変楽しく拝見させていただいております！！
MGさんの頑張りのおかげでFCブログに動画を掲載することが出来るようになりましたが、先日すぎぶちさんのツイートで動画の画質設定が出来るという趣旨のものがありました。私もできるかと思い見てみたのですがそのようなボタンはなく皆のように高画質で動画を見ることができません。何が問題なのか分かりませんが対応していただけるとありがたいです。スマホの機種はiPhone6sです。

大好きなオーラルなのにアプリを開こうとすると真っ暗で何も動かない。
iosも最新だしwi-fi環境も大丈夫なのに開けない同じ状況の人が他にもいるのなら早急に対応して欲しい。
チケットの受け取りすらできないのでどうにかお願いします。
