Nestled inside the beautiful Otley Tap House which is the loveliest pub in Otley, plenty of tables available, friendly staff, you’re sure to have a fab night! Cracking food and always delivered quickly with great service. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disgraceful service and extremely rude *2023-11-11, version 10.11.1* I have used Otley burger company for ages and occasionally had some issues with orders not being accepted and then waiting hours for no food. This I have never felt the need to write a review about as they have usually been apologetic when phoning to ask what had happened and they have then rushed the food out. I placed an order at 5:39 this evening. I called after an hour and a half at 7:00 to be told the order had not gone through. Despite giving all details, order number, delivery address and the name and saying how the order clearly showed as accepted on my end. The person on the phone was rude and almost accused me of lying and saying over and over again the order had not gone through. Told me to check my bank and call back. I then spent nearly 30minute a trying to access my online banking as the system wasn’t working. I then saw the payment had gone through. I then called back after what had now been two hours since placing the order. Again she spent ages telling me the order had not gone through once again despite me now saying I can see the confirmation on my banking and offering to send a screen shot of this. Again I gave all the order details. She was extremely rude saying well what do you want me to do about it. Not one single apology or anything during the whole conversation. Eventually after me saying the details again and saying there may be a different first name the order was eventually found and had gone through. Again no apology for the stress I had just gone through trying the find the payment confirmation and all the order details just a what do you want me to do about it which is disgusting. Her excuse was the order did not come through to her system until 5:59 and we told her 5:39 which is what clearly shows on our app. At the moment I still do not have my order and we are at two hours since I placed the order. No apology or anything. I think you need to retrain your staff member on how to use the system and speak to customers. Cheesy chips absolutely gorgeous as are other snacks (check out @cheesychipsforthemasses on insta for photographic evidence). Veggie faves = couch potato burger (drool worthy) and the firehouse (bloody gorgeous) You’ll never forget your first OBC - and it won’t be your last.
