It says to login with my phone number so I do. Then it sends a verification code and every time it says the verification code has expired. I got a new phone. Still the same problem. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with The OttoApp! Actually, it sounds like you got blocked from even using the app! We use third party software to manage authentication and it sounds like you’re hitting some sort of bug on their system. I haven’t seen this issue before, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out a solution. It charges a ridiculous fee for card transactions and has made my daughter’s gymnastics registration so difficult. It doesn’t work on androids. Takes 6% fees on ALL card payments. Doesn’t work without MULTIPLE phone conversations to and from Recreation Department. Deleted and reinstalled twice. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to give The OttoApp a try. The application automatically walks new consumers through the login process using their phone number, so we would really like to understand why you were having trouble signing-in. Thank you! ### 3/5 — Calendar integration *2026-05-12* As a parent, all of the kid’s activities are set on my phone’s calendar app. It would be amazing if the calendar could integrate with my phone’s calendar so I can just import all my classes and manage them with all the other we’re doing. ### 4/5 — Reservation app *2026-08-14* Easy to use but whoever manages the reserv doesn’t confirm the reservation so it’s impossible to know if your reservation was approved ### 5/5 — Easy *2026-08-07* Does what it’s supposed to.
