The best app for finding new spots. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-01-10, version 6.0.0* I downloaded The Pao App hoping to create an account and start using it, but the experience was frustrating and unusable. The app only offers signup via email (no Apple, Google, or other social login options), which would be fine — except after filling in all the required information and tapping Sign Up, nothing happens. The button doesn’t work and doesn’t create an account, so you can’t actually get past the registration screen. This means the app is completely unusable unless you can create an account — which currently doesn’t work, making the whole process a waste of time. Overall, until the signup issue is fixed and alternative login methods are added, this app isn’t functional for new users. 👍 Pros: Concept seems interesting. 👎 Cons: Signup doesn’t work; no Apple/Google sign-in options. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-02-24, version 5.2.9* The app is crashing and it’s not working! ### 1/5 — Needs a designer *2021-10-16, version 4.6* Very confusing design. In all reality, you have a better chance of actually finding good, non-biased, honest reviews of locations on Yelp, Google, Instagram, and TikTok! Don’t waste your time. These app reviews are mostly “interns” and content creators that they do not pay to create content for TikTok to drive traffic to their flopping app! Downloaded this to help a friend, and myself look for holiday ideas. It asked me to login, no issue attaching my Google account but when I wanted to create my profile on the app it kept asking for an address or a location and gave me an Alert stating “You are only allowed to select an Address or an Establishment.” What is the point then? I can’t connect with anyone until I create my profile, but I can’t specify my address because it doesn’t recognise it. If you want to continue this idea, look to Tripadvisor, who already use this concept to help individuals over the world share their holiday experiences. Now I get an error message and it will not allow me to remove the video or add other pictures.
