The Parkside is the First development under “O’South” series by Wheelock Properties which offers prestigiously low density seaside living while city glamour is just next to your door step. To complement your quality lifestyle at The Parkside, Harriman Property Management Limited is appointed to provide a wide range of professional and impeccable 24-hour Concierge & Property Management Services to ensure your utmost comfort and security. Residents can enjoy clubhouse services like facility booking (including Music Room, Function Room, Karaoke Room and etc.), notice checking, visitor registration, borrow small tools via the App.

"The Parkside" is one of the Cloud-based Interactive Communities(CIC) designed and developed by CardApp Limited, a Hong Kong based Internet company focusing on smart community solution development and operation.
