## What is The Parliament?

Users can access live streams from significant chambers such as the Federation Chamber, House of Representatives, and Senate. The app goes beyond traditional live streaming by incorporating timeshifting functionality. This means users can pause, rewind, or fast-forward the live stream, giving them greater control over their viewing experience. Whether they missed an important moment or want to review a specific segment, users can easily navigate through the live stream to find the desired content.
The app provides seamless access to the vast archive of historical videos available on ParlView (https://parlview.aph.gov.au/). Users can search, browse, and watch past sessions, committee hearings, and other recorded events of the federal parliament. This comprehensive historical library allows users to dive deep into the parliamentary records and extract valuable insights.
Users can observe the live discussions and legislative activities taking place in Australia.

There is a simple to use proceedings search. Search through bills, questions, motions and tabled documents.
