On the weekend there is no password reset available. So my mates got the $10 discount and I sat there for 15 minutes locked out of the app then paid full price. I left the company and decided to register using my personal email, but the app keeps telling me the phone number has been registered and ask me to change the number. The phone number is only used to receive a verification code why can’t it be linked to multiple emails or login methods??? Or it’d be easier if you just have phone number as a login method - but no that’s not an option either! The workflow is ridiculous and extremely buggy. Gave Apple Pay as an option so I entered my credit card info and only used it once at the bar with a code. Checked my bank account today and have been charged a pending $1.96 fee which was NOT openly explained upon signing. Will take up to 10 days to get this money off pending from my account and even though I’ve cancelled my app, they’re telling me it will take 7 days to remove my details NOT HAPPY !!!! ### 1/5 — Too Bloated *2026-05-17, version 12.8.10* This app consumes battery and personal details like there is no tomorrow. It shouldn’t be asking for payment information and location. Further, it’s hard to find menu details. Annoying for someone with allergy requirements. It focuses on directing people to the nearest hotel and advertising and will not work unless giving location. Pubs+ is much better. ### 1/5 — Promos are misleading *2026-05-06, version 12.8.10* It’s not spent $30 get $20 as the ads suggest, it’s install the app, connect your card then before you use it to buy something you need to hunt around the app and find a yes I want the promotion to be activated THEN spend your money and hope that’s the actual sequence for it to work. I tried twice and no love. Given up… for second time. Zero care into the user experience. If user has spent the $’s to get a reward, give them the reward. If they need to click an activate button BEFORE, how about you make that button a little bigger or put it during the checkout which was all in-app… instead y’all make it hard to find and only slightly different than the already activated notices. I guess you auto-activate some promos but not others.
