Now that they have switched to AI, that you are unable to even opt out of, the difference is very felt. I would much rather get my information from real astrologers! Not regurgitated nonsense that can’t be trusted. It’s sad to see my favorite app go down as another thing nerfed by laziness! I do have the paid version because I find I use it daily- but I wish you could run familial bonds. I know you’re smart enough to get that ### 1/5 — They use the whole chart system which will change your planets houses (kinda a big deal) *2026-08-06, version 5.38.1* I have paid for 2 years of this app to find out it had changed all of my planets houses except 3. I couldn’t understand why I barely resonated until one day I noticed something. My MC is at 29 degrees. They don’t do the math & use the outdated lazy system to lump your chart. A top $ tier app should give a more accurate read. Especially if you put in place of birth & time of birth. Example. They put my Venus into the 12th house when mine is in the 11th. They put my sun, mercury in the first house when they should be in my 12th house. Saturn & Pluto are in the first house where they belong but they kicked out Jupiter into the 2nd house when it should be in the first house. My Uranus & mars should be in my 2nd house but the pattern put them in my 3rd house. Neptune is correctly placed in the 3rd house but my south node, that should be in my 3rd house. It was moved to the 4th house. My moon was taken out of the 5th house & put into the 6th house & finally my north node was placed in the 10th house when it should be in the 9th. It’s a completely different chart. No wonder I barely resonated. I reached out to them a few times & they defended their system, saying no system is “wrong” 🙄 so I would like to warn others why their “whole chart system” doesn’t work & should stop charging money for false information. It’s going to send a person into insanity ### 1/5 — Inaccurate for Southern Hemisphere (Timezone Bug) *2026-08-01, version 5.38.1* Please fix your historical timezone database for Australia. Your app routinely fails to apply local timezone offsets for births in the Southern Hemisphere, instead defaulting to Universal Time (UTC). This shifts birth charts by half a day, completely ruining the accuracy of the Sun, Moon, and Rising sign calculations. It is incredibly disappointing to invest time into a profile only to realize a software glitch handed me the wrong data. Please support your international users by correcting regional coordinates! ### 1/5 — Why tf is everything paywalled? *2026-07-28, version 5.38.0* There used to be a time where this app let you read insights FOR FREE without subscribing to anything. Now I have to pay $15 a month just to read a horoscope? Pathetic and sad. ### 1/5 — Subscription Glitches - Weak Client Support *2026-07-20, version 5.38.0* I really want to like this app as it has such great utility, but it’s still got some bugs and the support experience isn’t quite there yet. I purchased the expanded Go Deeper+ subscription package but it seems the Connect+ features don’t automatically turn on and the app will ask for a second subscription purchase in order to proceed to the Connect+ features. The customer support contacts are no where to be found in the app and when the support email is finally located through the App Store the response time is slow. It’s been 24 hours and still awaiting on a response.
