The application is horrible, the whole process of requesting and getting a link is from another century. Moreover, while you made an application why not make it possible to add to the wallet, which would make the use so much easier, instead of opening the app everytime. 
This whole thing need to be redesigned cause going digital is supposed to improve from the physical card, right now it’s just worse.
