This app is horrible. It will not allow me to log in half the time and even with my face recognition on. It randomly decides to delete my saved user name and pw for no reason. It is so frustrating- I go to lost pw and it lets me make a new one but then that one won’t work. You have to call to talk to someone and it’s annoying you can’t just chat like every other company today.

This app is awful. It works great sometimes and sometimes it does not. I have no issues with my other banking apps, only this one.

I want to use Zelle from within the app. Couldn’t find it. So downloaded the Zelle app which confirmed that People’s Bank SC uses Zelle. So went to website on browser. It states to navigate to Bill Pay from within the app and select “Send Money with Zelle.” Bill Pay is nowhere to be found. 
I was excited to use a local, small bank. But their systems, support and checking acct products are out of date and clunky and so frustrating. 
I moved all our money out and will use this bank only for cashing checks and holding a small escrow.

This app was great at first!! However a few months ago it stopped keeping Touch ID working. My other bank app with my credit union works fine so I know it’s not my phone. And nobody at the bank knows anything about it!! It’s VERY FRUSTRATING for someone that has memory issues such as myself to have to find the password where it’s written down every time I need to log in if I happen to not remember it!! PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP!

I love this app. It helps me keep up with my balance and what I've spent my money on, but one thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have the feature where you can scan a check and it be deposited into your account. A lot of the other bank apps have that feature. It would be very convenient to just scan the check and it go into my account.

Locks us out a lot. We have to call and have everything reset quite often. Would be nice to make the font size larger for those that have a hard time seeing it also.
