The Peoples bank app has been extremely useful to me. The interface is very easy to use and I find it easy to navigate around in it. I’ve never had any issues with it at all over the years that I’ve been using it. It seems that every update to the app has been a positive one. Kudos to the developers of this app!

The app continuously forgets my password, resets my face recognition, and locks me out for not apparent reason. It would be great to be able to do more from the app - like authorize purchases and raise spending limits.

Every time I log out of the app, I am forced to restart my IPad before I can ever log in again.  The bio login does not work at all.  When I try to use it, I am automatically locked out of all my accounts and am forced to change my password each and every time I want to login.

This app will constantly force you to re-enter your password to re-enable FaceID. It might be one of the more frustrating app experiences I've ever had.

Old app worked so easily. New one is awful. Only displays vertically but keyboard pops up horizontally and blocks you from seeing what you’re typing. Really inconvenient to use a tablet vertically as most cases won’t stay up vertically unassisted. Tried to pay bills but no way to choose which account to pay bill from. Hoping they make improvements soon or I guess I’ll go back to snail mail to pay my bills.

I was set up in the old app and it worked fine.  An hour and three phone calls later and the new app can still be accessed by my husband only because the bank decided he was the primary account holder.  
A member services person supposedly supposedly fixed it and made my information active, but it still doesn't have my phone#.  Now I have to call next week during business hours while I'm at work to try again.
