This is a bad first taste to waste 30 minutes trying to set an App up that doesn’t work. They email you a code to enter into the app. Once you download it there is no place to put the code. I tried to set up an account and you get an email from some other company that does nothing. This is a trash app. Just don’t have an app if you are not going to maintain it. It just makes you angry that you wasted the time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-11-01* I also received an email similar to the one mentioned in previous emails, but the app has no functionality. Does not reflect well on hotel management to send this out. ### 1/5 — useless *2025-10-06* Not very useful. I couldn’t find a way to check in or confirm room details on reservation. i tried to check on parking price. no info and app crashes when i put in my arrival date didn’t see any activity at to make restaurant reservations. on the bright side, i found our that they have a pool. ### 1/5 — This app is nonfunctional *2025-09-05* I wish I could give this app zero stars. I was sent an email to download it and check in, skipping the front desk, which would be wonderful as we have an event in the hotel shortly after we arrive. After downloading, I was able with some difficulty to add our reservation but not check in. After calling the hotel and being placed on hold several times, I was told I just need to check in at the desk because the app doesn’t work well and the mobile key usually doesn’t work to open the door anyway.
