We are going to stay at this hotel this weekend. This is a bad first taste to waste 30 minutes trying to set an App up that doesn’t work. They email you a code to enter into the app. Once you download it there is no place to put the code. I tried to set up an account and you get an email from some other company that does nothing. This is a trash app. Just don’t have an app if you are not going to maintain it. It just makes you angry that you wasted the time.

I also received an email similar to the one mentioned in previous emails, but the app has no functionality.  Does not reflect well on hotel management to send this out.

Not very useful.   I couldn’t find a way to check in or confirm room details on reservation. 

i tried to check on parking price.  no info and app crashes when i put in my arrival date 

didn’t see any activity at to make restaurant reservations. 

on the bright side, i found our that they have a pool.

I wish I could give this app zero stars. I was sent an email to download it and check in, skipping the front desk, which would be wonderful as we have an event in the hotel shortly after we arrive. After downloading, I was able with some difficulty to add our reservation but not check in. After calling the hotel and being placed on hold several times, I was told I just need to check in at the desk because the app doesn’t work well and the mobile key usually doesn’t work to open the door anyway.   Very disappointing.

You can’t actually check in on the app. It wants you to add a credit card but that’s not possible in the app. It’s pointless.

I can’t even get a verification email to set up an account after loading  app.  Tried 3 times. No email anywhere.

The hotel claims you can use the app to check in, use key, order room service, etc., but app just ask about housekeeping frequency. There is no other menu or option.
