I downloaded Pivot because the promotional materials and in-app descriptions clearly stated certain features were already part of the platform. When I reached out to support, they told me those features would be released “within a week.” That week came and went with no update, no release, and no factual information about when — or even if — these features would exist.

A free trial doesn’t mean much when the core functionality you signed up for isn’t actually available. It’s misleading to advertise capabilities that aren’t built yet, and it’s even worse to give customers vague timelines that aren’t met. If an app can’t provide accurate information or follow through on its own commitments, there’s no basis for trust.

Until Pivot delivers the features it claims to offer — and improves transparency with users — I cannot recommend this app.
