I downloaded the app and haven’t been able to even get started. I try to Sign in with Apple or Snapchat but either way I get an error message. What’s going on?!

I just downloaded the app and every single time I click on the app and I load it. It says loud notifications I click allow and then it just shows the place and then at the top it says progress or something you need to fix a lot more bugs this fixes then, how many do you have?

I can’t even sign in to this gosh darn app I’m putting my id in and all but it’s just staring right back at me like I I’m missing something that isn’t there I dont know what’s going on I bet this game is good cut I have faith but bookie how am I supposed to give you five stars when I can’t even get into the experience

Since I downloaded the app I’ve been getting an ‘ Error, please retry ‘ message and it won’t go away! I’ve tried everything in my power to fix it and I can’t get through. Please fix this as my friends are also having trouble getting in and it’s very frustrating.

I’ve made my character and put in my account details but I go to click the “next” button but it doesn’t let me go to the next stage. It’s not my Internet or anything. I don’t know why it doesn’t work and it’s disappointing because it looks like a good game.
