## What is The Playbook?

The Playbook app quantifies mental health status through gamified assessments, providing an overall score like a batting average. The app tracks mental health trends over time – and we make it easy for users to stay on top of it for weeks, months, and years. The Playbook brings a new approach to traditional athletic performance solutions by measuring stress, well-being, and bounce back (i.e. resilience) – offering athletes data-driven insights to improve performance while presenting their teams with increased competitive advantages. Our proactive crisis prevention tool catches athletes before they're in a diagnosable clinical range. When a player’s routine assessments indicate they’ve fallen into an unhealthy range (The Red Zone), they are immediately directed to tailored mental health resources to access support inside and outside of their team.

The Playbook Mobile App is not intended, designed, or implied to diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition or disease, or to be a substitute for professional medical care. You should always consult a medical professional, and not The Playbook, if you have any questions regarding a medical condition. You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received using The Playbook Mobile App.

### 5/5 — Game-changer!!

*2025-07-27*

My days can be hectic! The Playbook has become part of my daily morning routine to make sure I’m present with how I feel.

### 5/5 — Practical and Actionable

*2025-06-25*

Life is increasingly busy and because I don’t have 30 minutes to mediate every day, I rely on their “daily check ins”and the “play of the day” for some uplifting and realistic guidance.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal app.

*2025-06-22*

Even as a non-athlete, I truly enjoy this app.

### 5/5 — A Systematic Approach to Improved Mental Health

*2025-06-16*

This app did more to help me begin to explore my own state of mind than I’ve ever experienced sitting in front of a therapist. The creators are the missing piece in the puzzle of effective mental health therapies. Thank you.
