Hard to locate the function for ticket queuing at restaurants. And everything takes more effort to find compared to the old version. overall less user friendly interface. ### 1/5 — Bugs after recent update *2024-01-20* Re the app developer: I can delete the messages, what I mean is the red little number badge on app icon won’t disappear even I have deleted all messages inside the app. The number badge on app icon won’t go away even all messages in app are read/deleted. The delete button of notification is available by swiping left on the message. ### 1/5 — Low quality mobile application *2024-01-09, version 5.34.27* After updating to new version the parking receipt upload feature simply not working, even sometime can upload with really good luck, the approval takes super long. Eventually need to fallback to human handling in mall concierge counter. Apparently there is no QC before application launch. We will strengthen communication with merchants and provide training on the operation of the 'Instant Points Earn' device, so that merchant staff can become familiar with the points registration process and regularly monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations. It’s painfully slow, crashing every few minutes, making navigation a nightmare. The interface is cluttered and unintuitive, with tiny fonts and confusing menus that frustrate users. Searching for stores or deals is pointless—results are inaccurate or outdated. Promotions are poorly displayed, often leading to expired offers. The map feature is useless, failing to load or showing incorrect directions. Customer support is nonexistent; queries go unanswered. The app drains battery and bombards you with irrelevant notifications. Honestly, it’s a shoddy, half-baked effort that makes shopping at SHK malls a miserable experience. Avoid it! ### 1/5 — 無限loading *2025-09-01, version 5.81.0* This app is not performing well at all. It seems to only know how to show an infinite loading screen. I waited for 30 seconds before getting an API timeout message. It’s frustrating to have to wait endlessly with no progress. Please improve the loading times and overall functionality! ### 1/5 — Squid game at the point *2025-04-05, version 5.74.0* Going back against technology - the mall decided to take out the option is to scan receipts recently… and after going through the line to the customer torturing counter, they said they need me to get a separate credit card receipt which the restaurant does not provide. So now I have to run back to the restaurant only to be told this receipt is not available… the restaurant kindly helped call back the counter and eventually this get fixed after a good 30 mins and contributing another hour of parking $ to the mall Understand times are hard - suggest to not offer something you are not prepared to offer and make the process more miserable than it needs to be. You have sophisticated clientele and let’s show some respect ### 1/5 — App removed receipt upload for scoring points function *2025-03-31, version 5.74.0* I was told by your participating merchant that I can still upload the receipts manually yesterday but then found out from your reply below that this function had been removed. I’d have do that at the shop if I knew that. Have been trying to uninstall and install the app again but it’s not working. Also tried looking for CS on their official website but no assistance is found. Please fix this bug ASAP. ### 1/5 — App not working *2024-06-23, version 5.43.0* I came to this mall car park specifically because of the electric car charging facilities for its members. But the app doesn’t work. Called the hotline and it wasn’t helpful. The car park management then asked me to drive the car away. My guess is that they want to upset more customers and accumulate a dissatisfied customer base. ### 1/5 — Slow and deteriorated *2024-05-01, version 5.39.0* The app used to be excellent until the revamped version was released. It provided a seamless ticketing experience for dining and operated smoothly at a fast pace. However, the current version runs frustratingly slow and has become utterly ineffective for dining queue ticketing. As a result, I have decided to discontinue using it and strongly advise against its usage for others as well. ### 1/5 — no English option *2024-02-20, version 5.36.0* App says English but is in Chinese with no English option. Does not look anything like the screenshots in the AppStore - not even remotely like it! Just a list of brand icons with Chinese characters.
