I was on my break and ended up having to pay full price for my order due to this. Do your visits expire or something? I’m certain they WERE there, since you log in each time from the store to scan the QR code, so you must not “earn” any rewards unless you go really frequently. There is no where on the app that explains ANY part of their program, and also no where to ask a question or get help, or contact support…. My only complaint is that I cant order same day for a later time it always tells me its unable to take orders.
