I put my info and hit agree, then it brings me back to enter my info again. It won’t center the check photo. The new app doesn’t show you your full account number, it only shows the last 4 digits! Also, it doesn’t have ANY of the filters for the statements that the old one had. Hopefully they will fix this garbage soon. PS the debit cards are STILL not compatible with Apple/Google/Samsung pay. After the recent update it is horrible. I’m not resistant to change but when something is obviously broken it needs to be fixed or at least give up the old app back. ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2021-07-15, version 2021.3.0.17* Not to be offensive, but this mobile app looks like something you would make during an intro to iOS course in college, minus all of the functionality. For example, in order to view my credit card transactions, I need to navigate to a new page that loads a browser within the app (impressively slowly for 2021) in a tiny window where I need to then navigate the desktop version of the Police CU website in order to even see my history. The clunky UI blocks most of the browser anyway, but even if it didn’t, the browser is so slow to respond and small that it’s frustrating to use. Now, to pay my credit card bill with a non- Police CU account, I need to use the same awful in-app browser. At least in the old version of this app, the browser was properly sized to the screen of my device. In this App, I practically need a magnifying class to see what I’m about to pay. Beyond that example, the app just isn’t ready for users yet. There’s no reason it should take 20 seconds to load the “settings” tab, there’s no reason for anything to really load that slowly to be quite honest. Also, I left my phone with the screen off for over 30 minutes, returned, logged into my phone using FaceID, and the app let my open it from the Home Screen and enter the account. Every other banking/finance app has a far shorter timer until it forces a new login, it should really force a new login every single time the screen is turned off. Even my password management apps force a new faceID login every time I switch between apps, even when the phone is on. My concern is if those extremely Basic security features aren’t addressed, what other vulnerabilities does your online banking stack possess? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App constantly crashes *2025-08-07, version 2025.5.0.2* Every time I try to transfer money around from saving to checking or zelle anyone it crashes! It’s been happening for weeks now. At this point I have to always use the web browser because the app is useless to me. Please fix this bug! ### 1/5 — My Credit Union Membership *2024-11-28, version 2024.07* I have been a member of the Police CU for over 40 years and i wouldn't use any other bank or other credit union, the staff at Police CU are very helpful and always happy to answer any questions or concerns i have, my father was one of the original charter members that got the credit union to where it is today, you cannot find a better place to put your trust and money in. I just wish the APP was easier to manage both in appearance and functionality. Sometime it drags or lags moving through different applications and it’s hard and takes time to maneuver. I wish there was a lot more options to use and/or easier ways to access the current options. A large check. I didn’t endorse it. Instead of them contacting me to let me know, they are returning it. Two days later btw. Told me it will take two to three weeks to get to me. In that time, I spend about $300. I now own $180 in overdraft fees. No emails. No notice. No calls. No text. I also have Wells Fargo. I was trying to switch to a credit union. Won’t now. Sticking to Wells Fargo. They actually care about their customers.
