### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-07-10*

This app doesn’t work. The tabs show a loading circle without ever loading. It needs some serious tech support.

### 1/5 — Do Not Sign Up for the Subscription!

*2024-03-28*

I signed up for the subscription so I could log in more food stores than the free version. I have now not used the app for several months and have been trying to cancel my subscription but the email they provide for customer service never responds. I have emailed several times and there is no phone number to call. Next step will be disputing the charge with my credit card provider.

### 1/5 — App never works

*2024-01-22*

I’ve tried using the app multiple times to add in my current inventory and it never works or loads. If the app actually worked, it would be useful, but I can use my AnyList for the same thing and it always works! This app has poor usability and design.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2024-01-17*

It takes you to broken links that has 403 errors and the certificates are invalid. I’m assuming the developers just stopped supporting the app and website updates.

### 1/5 — The App

*2024-01-12*

I wanted to love this but unfortunately the app didn’t work for me. Every link I selected it took me to a page that was blocked by a click funnel advertisement. Sadly I removed the app.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-01-09*

The app has pop ups from click funnel that don’t allow the content to be seen. Says the account must be taken off pause.

The app has internal fees to make it useful and doesn’t state that in the App Store.

**Developer response:** LaRoadKing!! Thank you for letting us know your experience! We have been in the process of switching off of click funnels and a lot of the links are in the process of being transitioned over! Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have lots of free content organized in the app for users and you can try out some of our membership features as well!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work.

*2024-01-03*

I LOVE! The idea of having all my food storage needs in one app. But I can’t actually impute anything into this app.

**Developer response:** Alexbreezie!! So glad you like the idea of the app! We are in the process of doing a major overhaul - there's been quite a few bugs that have popped up (we're a small team of 3 with one developer). Please send feedback - alicia@thepreparednessproject.net - we're excited to get it right!

### 1/5 — A great start, but exclusionary

*2023-09-11*

I was super excited about the concept of the app to categorize, inventory and keep a list ready to go. Turns out, you can only inventory ten items before needing to pay $6/month indefinitely. That’s not something I’m interested in. I know they’re trying to make an income through the app, but as a prepping mom, being on the hook for another service indefinitely is not fiscal preparedness. If the inventory option was free and the bonus content was paid, that would make the most sense. To get users invested in the app before having them commit money to the community. The money grab up front makes the app worthless to me and I’ll be deleting until it becomes more accessible up front.

**Developer response:** Danielle! Thank you so much for the feedback! We're so glad you're so excited about the app - sorry to hear about the frustration about paying for the app! Totally get it. We would love more feedback from you if you're willing to provide some!! Thank you! Email support@thepreparednessproject.net - we are in the process of overhauling the app and a lot of things and would love more feedback!

### 5/5 — Super helpful app!

*2023-08-27*

I love being able to be out at the grocery store and instead of wondering what I have at home, I can check in the app and know exactly what I have already!

I love being reminded automatically what I need to buy that I’ve used up.

Expiring soon list is great too!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2023-08-27*

The Preparedness Project is just what I needed to start my emergency preparedness! I had been using other inventory apps but they weren’t very functional and the aesthetics were not there. When I was introduced to the app, it was very functional and it gave me tools I needed to stay organized. The aesthetics were an added plus! In the short time that I have had the app, I have managed to build a 3 month emergency food/water supply and toiletries! This app has been a huge game changer for me and it’s motivating to keep going with building my stores.

**Developer response:** I.Zaleski! So glad you have been loving the app! And great job on building 3 months supply already!! It's so satisfying to see how much you have stored!
