Had to cheat with some quests, (those old enough to remember Python have ever diminishing brain cells), but dialogue well worth it. Of course it is, and so was that time in history. Puzzles are hard enough to be entertaining but what shines out above all is the fantastic way the gross and the beautiful are combined to form this nightmare trip of a game. The dialogue is really quite witty and the puzzles are good. Overall game play is smooth and the whole thing is straight up fun. The use of Medieval and Renaissance art and music as design elements raise it above most other puzzle games. The Terry Gilliam-esque animations are wonderfully executed. Some of the dialogue is a little salty, so it’s not for kids. I really enjoyed this as much as the developer’s other game.
