## What is The Progress App?

The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't talent. It's reps. Daily iteration. The Progress App is built to help you iterate daily, solo or with a motivated group. 

What You Can Do

- Track any daily habit, personal or social
- Create or join group activities building the same skills / habits
- In groups, keep each other accountable. If one person misses, everyone's progress is lost.

Anyone who has started important projects, fallen off after a few weeks and found that motivation is not enough. The answer is not more willpower. The answer is a system that makes showing up the default, not a decision.
