One menu everywhere: the sidebar is now the same on every screen, with your notifications and your account inside it, so nothing moves when you go from an inspection to Maintenance or Settings. Standard and Everything menus match across screens too.

Notifications have their own page now: tap View all from the bell. On a check-out, Compare to Check-In is in the More menu on your phone.

Also: a sharp app icon on iOS 26, plus stability improvements.

### 2.8.0 — 2026-09-03

A clearer inspection flow: a bottom bar takes you straight to Rooms, Photos, Inventory and the Report on your phone, every step explains itself, and the inspection overview tells you what to do next.

Reports: meter serials, recorded-on dates and verification notices now appear on the item row, and PDFs match the on-screen report photo for photo.

Also: raise maintenance jobs, download PDF versions and finish an inspection from wherever you are; the checklist is optional; plus stability and security improvements.

Raise maintenance jobs directly from inspection defects — pick the issues that need a contractor and send them in one step.

Faster sign-off with emailed verification codes, a simplified inspection hub, and dedicated Downloads and Rooms screens.

Fixes: defect severity filters now match the severities you set, sheets clear the notch and home indicator, and text fields no longer zoom the page on iPhone.

Redesigned check-out comparison: one grouped screen for matching items to the check-in inventory, with AI-suggested matches you confirm or dismiss. Mid-tenancy inspection reports now show a per-room summary with its issues. Plus template coverage and reliability improvements.

• Open and work an inspection with no connection — your jobs, your rooms and the photos already saved on your device stay available
• Screens now tell you what they cannot check without a connection, instead of showing an inspection as empty
• Record voice notes offline — they are captured as audio and sent with the inspection once you are back in range
• Walkthrough videos recorded offline are queued and upload automatically
• More reliable photo uploads: a queued photo no longer fails because its upload token expired
• Clearer ways out of the capture screens, and menu items that need a connection are now clearly marked
