### 1/5 — Won’t load

*2024-05-23*

This app used to be great, but now it won’t open as of a few weeks ago. I’m stuck on a grey screen and nothing ever loads. Bummer that it’s taking so long to fix.

### 2/5 — Crashed

### 5/5 — Money saver, pain free living

*2024-04-04*

This app saved me tons of money on PT when I fell down a flight of stairs and tore a rotator cuff. Now I’m using it for my feet and mobility. I stand all day for work and need to be able to continue doing my job for years to come. These exercises start out easy and before you know it the pain starts to diminish.

### 5/5 — Fantastic!

*2022-09-21, version 4.0.1*

I’ve been following on IG for a while and am so happy to see this amazing app! It’s easy to use, full of amazing content, and I love the way it walks me through each exercise without me having to touch my phone unless I want to pause. Super smart design and incredible content as always!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2022-08-17, version 3.4.11*

The best app for clearing up any type of issue (coming from a trainer and neuromuscular therapist)!!!!

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2022-03-12, version 2.31.2*

I’ve been having back issues for almost a year now. Like I could barely walk kind of pain. My doctor sent me to PT but I was in too much pain to perform the exercises they wanted me to do. I’ve had oral steroids and an MRI, they then referred me to a back specialist who wanted to do surgery after reviewing my MRI which indicated a herniated disc. I opted to try a steroid injection first because surgery sounded extreme to me. I’m 35 years old btw. I did a lot of research in the meantime and everything kept pointing back to physical therapy as the best way to heal. I found the PT initiative on IG and watched several of Dr. Adam’s videos on back pain, sciatica, and the pitfalls of MRI’s. I decided to buy his back pain blueprint plan and started doing what I could while while waiting for my insurance to sort out my steroid injection procedure. The first thing I noticed about his plan that differed from my experience at the PT center my doctor referred me to is his initial assessment of pain with certain movements and what exercises to do and more importantly which to avoid based on that assessment. Low and behold, the moves that I should have been avoiding were the moves the other PT said I should be doing, which I think looking back made things worse. Anyway, I kept up with the program and begin progressing slowly. I ended up getting the steroid injection too but I’m honestly not sure if it even helped because I was already moving better prior to going in for it. Fast forward, I’m able to walk normally again now and I give all the credit to this program. Thank you for making an effective at home PT solution that is affordable and easy to follow.
